Nos chefs de projet ont chacun des parcours différents : expériences opérationnelles, financières et stratégiques acquises dans des restaurants, hôtels et structures touristiques. De l’hôtellerie traditionnelle aux concepts lifestyle, des start-ups aux établissements de luxe, notre richesse d’expérience au sein de cette industrie fait notre force.
Aurélien Espinasse | President
As the President, Aurélien is committed to lead the Junior to the next stage of its development, bringing drive and enthusiasm to every project. Aurélien’s passion for the hospitality industry began with his first experience at 14 years old. He worked for many years in operations across France, England, and Luxembourg and has been practicing revenue management for 2 years. Aurélien is now completing his skills in Real Estate, with a focus on valuation.

Antoine El Hage | Vice-president
Born in Lebanon, Antoine developed a strong passion for hospitality early on, enriched with a unique Lebanese touch. His current apprenticeship at Compass Group has provided him with hands-on experience and valuable insights into the industry. Dedicated to guiding clients toward excellence, Antoine approaches each mission with a focus on lasting impact. His role as the Vice-President reflects a strong commitment to performance, constant improvement, and active contribution to each mission.

Aline Costeux | General Secretary
Passionate about hospitality from a young age, Aline refined her expertise through a bachelor’s degree at Hotelschool The Hague and professional experiences in luxury environments, including the reservations department at Four Seasons Hotel George V and F&B operations at Hôtel Saint James Paris. She recently joined the valuation advisory team at JLL Hotels, where she is exploring new fascinating dimensions of the industry. As General Secretary of Junior IMHI, Aline ensures smooth coordination and support the team’s strategic initiatives.

Alexandre Cagnard | Trésorier
After living 18 years abroad, Alexandre developed a highly adaptable and international mindset. Holding a bachelor’s degree from Hotelschool The Hague, he gained a solid foundation in the industry and enhanced his skills through diverse luxury-sector experience, including F&B operations at the Shangri-La Paris and revenue management at the Ritz Paris. To broaden his industry perspective, he recently worked in asset management at HPVA Hotels, overseeing a portfolio of 35 hotels. As Treasurer, Alexandre manages funds, prepares financial reports, and advises the team on resource allocation to ensure growth.

Bruna Vinot | Business Dev Manager
Immersed in the hospitality industry from a young age, Bruna is dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. She specializes in lifestyle hotel management at the Institut Paul Bocuse. Now an assistant project manager in a hospitality conceptualization agency, she develops innovative solutions with a 360° vision ranging from feasibility to concept design. Within the association, she serves on the board as Business Development, driving growth and strategic initiatives.

Louis Trouillard-Perrot | Project Coordinator
Always eager to connect with hospitality professionals, Louis brings a global perspective shaped by 18 years spent abroad before returning to France. Currently pursuing his apprenticeship in revenue management, he has cultivated a deep interest in optimizing performance while understanding the broader dynamics of the industry. His experiences across diverse cultures and environments have strengthened his adaptability, organizational skills, and curiosity. Louis thrives on challenges and continuously seeks opportunities to broaden his expertise in the ever-evolving hospitality landscape.

Aliénor Sabourdin | IT Manager
Alongside her studies in data science, AI, and management, Alienor enhanced her passion for the hospitality industry through multiple travels and an internship at Holding GHP. Hardworking and energetic, her creativity combined with her expertise in tech enables her to bring innovative solutions for your projects. As Junior IMHI’s IT Manager, Alienor handles the website, provides tech support, and manages digital tools to ensure smooth operations across the association.

Bilal Dnidane | Senior Consultant
Bilal completed a BTS in Hospitality Management in Lyon, then a Global BBA at emlyon business school, and is now enrolled in the IMHI Fast Track program. He gained operational experience in a 5-star hotel in Mexico and worked in Administration and Finance at Es Saadi Palace in Marrakech. Later, he was a Management Controller at Picto Sandwicherie. Bilal brings his hospitality and finance expertise to Junior IMHI’s consulting projects.

Agathe Crété | Consultant
Agathe graduated in Applied Foreign Languages at the University of Amiens and completed a six-month internship at a travel agency in Vietnam. She then worked for almost two years at Accor in Spain, focusing on customer experience and service quality, and now in Paris in Marketing. Agathe joined ESSEC to strengthen her management and analytical skills. She is passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to the team’s mission to support hoteliers.

Eléonore des Rotours | Consultant
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, Eléonore graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Vatel Brussels. Her journey in hospitality led her from the refined luxury of Courchevel to the warm authenticity of Ireland, where she developed a deep understanding of high-end service standards. These experiences strengthened her ability to anticipate guest expectations, analyze market dynamics, and understand the competitive landscape.

Always eager to merge hospitality with innovation, Rohan has built his career across dynamic markets, from the vineyards of Thailand to the buzzing F&B scene in India, and now into the French hospitality world. Passionate about hotel development, Juliette works as a Feasibility Analyst at LHG, supporting the group’s expansion by assessing the viability of hotel and real estate projects. Post her bachelor’s degree from Vatel Bordeaux and spending a gap year backpacking across Southeast Asia, she is pursuing her master’s second year at ESSEC IMHI. Juliette is excited to exchange her knowledge and grow with the Junior IMHI team.

Carl holds a bachelor’s from Institut Lyfe (ex-Institut Paul Bocuse), specializing in Revenue Management. He gained experience at Hôtel de Crillon, Hôtel Lutetia, and Oetker Collection. His expertise spans revenue, F&B, finance, leadership in operational/strategic roles. Originally from Los Angeles, Isabella graduated early from Duke University and moved to France to study at La Sorbonne and join the brigade of a 3-star restaurant. Her path has taken her from fine dining kitchens to luxury hotels, shaping a belief that hospitality is both an art and a language of connection. At Junior IMHI, she hopes to bring stories to life through the marketing initiatives and share the human side of our industry.

Chirag Patel | Com Manager
Driven by a curious mindset, Chirag brings expertise in strategic management, market analysis, and customer experience. He built strong foundations at The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and, in his recent assignment with Raffles (Accor), where he shaped wellness strategy for 20+ hotels worldwide, strengthening his skills in business strategy and brand positioning. Known for combining big-picture vision with detailed execution, he thrives in dynamic environments. As Junior IMHI’s Communication Manager, Chirag drives visibility, engagement, and brand-building across platforms.

Having collaborated with owners, operators and architects, she brings a strong grasp of industry dynamics and a cross-cultural perspective shaped by her international background.

Rudy is an aspiring hospitality and project development professional currently completing his apprenticeship at B&B Hotels in international project development. A graduate of Ferrières Hospitality and Luxury Management School, he combines strong foundations in financial analysis and project development with hands-on expertise in food and beverage, gained through experience in renowned palaces across France.
